The Cottage Restaurant Renovation

After renovation

Before renovation
Readers, I am conducting a blog poll to collect your feedback on the newly remodeled restaurant. If you have not seen it yet, the original historic yellow is gone and it's now painted grey. The 105 year old cottage has been a popular spot for breakfast and lunch for over twenty years. I think many residents were taken by surprise that the yellow is not coming back. If you live in La Jolla you often have guests!

For one of the best places to take them, try "The Cottage”. Known for their Southern California cooking. For example, dishes like the "Carne Asada Benedict" are sure to impress. For those who have not been it is a beautifully remodeled historic beach cottage built in the 1920's. This is a great place to dine on the patio and enjoy the weather. You can also send them home with a souvenir cookbook! Close to the La Jolla Cove and in La Jolla Village. It's a very popular place for breakfast so come early! For more details visit their website.
